Garden Chef Plot

The Garden Chef is a collaboration aspect of Portland Earth Art and Agriculture Project. Local chefs are highlighted in various aspects of our learning experiences in schools and in our community. This collaboration has included camp cooking lessons and preservation activities. Chef directed and student lead appetizer and salad making. Another aspect of the Garden Chef program is creating a Garden to Table experience for schools, where students prepare a several course meal for their families through the guidance of a local Chef.
